When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment it's on its way. Orders placed over the weekend are sent the next business day.
How is my order packaged?
Every piece is wrapped to protect it in transit and sent in tamper-evident packaging. Where the original box or dust bag is included, it'll be noted on the product page and shipped with the item.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Tracking can occasionally take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch. If it hasn't updated after that, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier for you.
