We currently ship and accept returns within the United Kingdom only. We're unable to process international orders or returns at this time.

How to return

Get in touch Message us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

We confirm We'll reply with confirmation and the return address. Please wait for this before sending anything back.

Send it back Post the item back to us tracked and insured, in its original condition and packaging. Keep your proof of postage.

Get refunded Once received and checked, we'll refund you within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Good to know

What condition does the item need to be in?

Exactly as you received it — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with any tags, dust bags and original packaging included. Returns that come back worn, altered or missing packaging may be declined or refunded in part.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage is covered by you unless the item arrived faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service — until it reaches us, the item is your responsibility.

My item arrived faulty or not as described

We describe and photograph every piece honestly, including any flaws. If something genuinely isn't as described or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — including covering return postage.

Are any items non-returnable?

Items marked as final sale, and any piece returned outside the 14-day window or not in its original condition, can't be accepted. If you're unsure about a piece before buying, message us and we'll send extra photos or details.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

As every piece is one-of-one, we can't offer direct exchanges. The simplest route is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd prefer.
