How we verify

Sourced carefully Pieces come from trusted sellers and collections we know. Anything we're not confident in doesn't make it into the archive.

Inspected in hand Each item is physically checked — stitching, hardware, logos, date codes, serials, materials and construction — against known references for that brand and model.

Photographed honestly We shoot the actual item you'll receive — not stock images — and document any wear, marks or flaws so there are no surprises.

Our guarantee

We stand behind every piece we sell. If you ever have a genuine, evidenced concern that an item isn't authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting detail — such as a written opinion from the brand or a recognised authentication service — and we'll put it right with a full refund on return of the item.

Good to know

Are your items 100% genuine?

Yes. We only list pieces we're confident are authentic after inspecting them in hand. If we have any doubt about an item, we don't sell it.

Do items come with authentication paperwork?

Where an item includes its original receipt, certificate, box or dust bag, it'll be noted on the product page and sent with your order. Not every pre-loved piece comes with paperwork, and its absence doesn't affect authenticity.

Why are items described as pre-loved?

Because they've had a previous owner. Pre-loved doesn't mean lesser — it means genuine designer pieces, sourced and verified, often at a fraction of retail. Any signs of wear are always shown and described.
